The results relating to sleep learning studies have been inconclusive for a very long time. But in the year 2014, Swiss researchers concluded that the vocabulary learning of individuals can be improved while listening to languages in the sleep.  The findings show that vocabulary can be effectively retained and reinforced, but it does not conclude that a language can be learned from scratch. Due to the high level of complexity of the human brain, the concept of learning the language while sleeping has not been explored completely. But at the moment, sleep-learning is not the solution to learn a language quickly. But numerous traditional ways can help you to learn a language faster.
