SGT College has always endeavoured to spread quality education and make the students grow into responsible citizens of the country. Sgt College had a humble beginning with the SGT Dental College, about two decades ago. However, with the passage of time, the college has grown manifolds and carved a niche for itself in the education sector.
Today, the college boasts of 17 faculties and all the faculties have departments with multi-speciality features. The faculty of agricultural science is one such faculty which offers under graduation, post-graduation as well as doctorate courses in agriculture. People can easily pursue M.Sc. in Agriculture horticulture (Fruit Science) courses from SGT University. SGT College of agriculture is well known for creating professional agriculturist. Once the student attains degree from SGT College of Agriculture, he/she can easily pursue a job as agricultural consultant, agriculture development officers, estate managers, horticulture development officers, farm managers, field trials officer, animal nutritionist, food researcher etc.
